How to Request Account & Data Deletion
Vendix users have full control over their personal data. You can delete your account and associated data in two ways:
Option 1: In-App Self Deletion
Open the Vendix Mobile App, navigate to Settings → Account Profile, and tap "Delete Account". Your account and data will be removed immediately.
Option 2: Direct Email Request
Send an email from your registered email address to support@vendix.me with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". All associated personal data will be purged within 30 days.

The Vendix Ad Bridge extension accesses and collects only the minimum necessary data strictly required to fulfill its core ad-posting automation functionality:
- Authentication & Session: Vendix JWT authorization token to authenticate API communication with your Vendix account.
- Advertisement Content: User-created titles, descriptions, pricing, category selections, item attributes, and image assets intended for publication.
- Marketplace DOM Context: Form input fields on user-authorized marketplace domains (*.kleinanzeigen.de, *.vinted.*, *.quoka.de) solely to automate listing creation.
2. User Data Use & Purpose
Collected data is processed exclusively for the single, user-intended purpose of advertisement management and multi-platform publishing:
- Form Autofill Automation: Pre-populating listing forms with your ad content on supported marketplace sites at your explicit direction.
- Status Synchronization: Synchronizing listing IDs and publication status back to your central Vendix dashboard.
- Limited Use Guarantee: Data is NEVER used for targeted advertising, behavioral profiling, or creditworthiness evaluation.
3. Data Storage, Retention & Security
User data is safeguarded with modern technical and organizational security measures:
- Local Browser Storage: Session tokens and temporary task queues are stored locally within the browser sandboxed chrome.storage.local area.
- Encrypted Transit: All API traffic between the extension and Vendix servers is secured over encrypted TLS 1.3 / HTTPS protocols.
- Instant Local Purge: Clicking "Trennen" (Logout) or removing the extension from Chrome immediately purges all local storage.
4. Data Sharing & Non-Sale Commitment
User data is transmitted only to user-authorized endpoints to execute ad publishing:
- Authorized Platforms: Ad content is submitted to Kleinanzeigen, Vinted, or Quoka only when you initiate listing publishing.
- Vendix Backend: Status sync and task logs sent to api.vendix.me.

User Control & Data Deletion Procedures
You retain full control over all personal data processed by the extension:
Purge Extension Data:
Click "Trennen" (Logout) in the popup or right-click the extension and select "Remove from Chrome". All local credentials and cached tasks are instantly erased.
Delete Server Account Data:
Request permanent deletion of your account and cloud listings anytime via Settings in the Vendix app or by emailing support@vendix.me.
